On 10 December 2007, the 25th Jubilee of Kirpal Sagar was celebrated on the occasion of the 75th birth anniversary of its founder, Dr Harbhajan Singh. Commissioned by Sant Kirpal Singh, the project for 'man-making' and 'man-service' was built up by Dr Harbhajan Singh together with his wife, Biji Surinder Kaur. This book presents a review of the construction of Kirpal Sagar.
